Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms
A 75% deposit is required before any work commences. The remaining 25% balance must be paid in full prior to vehicle release, delivery, or collection of any completed work. UPS Marketing reserves the right to withhold final delivery until full payment is received.
Design Approval & Revisions
All artwork must be approved in writing before production. Any new design changes, alterations, or revisions requested after approval or once production has started will be treated as billable work and charged accordingly.
Vehicle Branding Installation, Vinyl Type & Repairs
UPS Marketing provides a limited workmanship warranty of 7 days from the date of installation for vehicle branding. During this period, any defects directly related to installation will be repaired at no charge.
After the 7-day period, UPS Marketing will not be responsible for free repairs, including but not limited to issues caused by wear and tear, pressure washing, weather exposure, accidents, vehicle movement, or third-party interference. Any repairs after this period will be quoted and charged accordingly.
Vinyl Material Selection & Lifespan (Non-Guaranteed):
Monomeric Vinyl (Economy Option)
Monomeric vinyl is a cost-effective option chosen to reduce project costs. Its expected lifespan typically ranges between 2 to 5 years, depending on usage, exposure, and maintenance. This lifespan is not guaranteed.
Due to material limitations, UPS Marketing does not accept responsibility for lifting, shrinking, edge failure, or adhesion issues on curves, recesses, tight edges, rivets, or complex surfaces when monomeric vinyl is used. By selecting this option, the client acknowledges these risks.Polymeric Vinyl (Premium Option)
Polymeric vinyl is a higher-quality, more flexible material designed for improved durability and performance. It offers a longer and more reliable lifespan than monomeric vinyl, with better adhesion on moderate curves and complex surfaces, resulting in a more professional finish.Cast Vinyl (High-End / Recommended Option)
Cast vinyl is a top-tier, premium material recommended for full wraps, complex curves, recesses, and long-term applications. It offers maximum durability, superior conformability, and the longest expected lifespan when correctly maintained. Cast vinyl is the most expensive option but delivers the highest quality, performance, and longevity.
UPS Marketing will always carry out installations professionally and to the best of our ability, regardless of vinyl type selected. However, the final performance and lifespan are influenced by material choice, vehicle condition, usage, and environmental factors, which remain beyond our control.
Offset & Paper Printing Terms
All offset and paper printing jobs are produced based on final client-approved artwork. Once approval is given and printing has commenced, UPS Marketing will not be held responsible for errors in content, spelling, layout, sizing, or color interpretation.
Color variations may occur due to printing processes, paper stock, ink absorption, and finishing methods. Exact color matching is not guaranteed, including differences between digital proofs, screens (RGB), and printed output (CMYK). Minor variations shall not be considered defects.
Any reprints, corrections, or changes requested after approval will be treated as new, billable work. UPS Marketing is not liable for delays, damages, or quality issues resulting from client-supplied artwork, low-resolution files, or unsuitable paper selection.
Exhibition Stands, Event Graphics & Outdoor Signage Terms
All exhibition stands, event graphics, banners, gazebos, backdrops, and outdoor signage are produced based on final client-approved artwork, dimensions, materials, and specifications. Once approval is granted and production has commenced, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.
UPS Marketing is not responsible for damage, failure, or wear resulting from weather conditions, including wind, rain, heat, or sun exposure, nor for damages caused by improper installation, handling, transport, storage, or third-party setup. Outdoor products are subject to environmental factors, and lifespan is not guaranteed.
All event-related products are intended for temporary or short-term use, unless otherwise specified in writing. Normal wear such as creases, fading, minor scuffing, or material stress is considered acceptable and does not constitute a defect.
UPS Marketing shall not be held liable for event delays, venue restrictions, access limitations, incorrect measurements supplied by the client, or last-minute changes that affect installation or performance. Responsibility for permits, approvals, venue compliance, and safety regulations rests with the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any repairs, replacements, or reprints required due to client handling, misuse, weather exposure, or post-installation damage will be quoted and charged as new, billable work
Corporate Gifts & Promotional Giveaways Terms
UPS Marketing provides corporate gifts, promotional items, diaries, notepads, and other branded merchandise either through spot branding on pre-manufactured items or through full production.
Client Responsibility & Pre-Made Items:
UPS Marketing is not responsible for defects, errors, or inconsistencies inherent to pre-manufactured items, including spelling mistakes, printing errors, material defects, or factory imperfections.
Spot branding applied by UPS Marketing will be performed professionally and to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee results on irregular, textured, or pre-branded surfaces.
Artwork & Approval:
All branding and artwork must be approved by the client prior to production. Any errors or omissions discovered after approval are the responsibility of the client, and UPS Marketing shall not be liable for such errors.
Changes or corrections requested after production or after client approval will be treated as new, billable work.
Delivery & Liability:
UPS Marketing is not liable for delays, damages, or defects arising from shipping, handling, or storage after delivery.
Clients acknowledge that promotional gifts may have slight variations in color, size, or finish due to manufacturing tolerances, and such variations do not constitute defects.
General Disclaimer:
By purchasing corporate gifts or promotional items from UPS Marketing, the client accepts that UPS Marketing’s liability is limited to the professional application of branding, and any issues inherent to the pre-manufactured items are outside our control.
Client Responsibility & Surface Condition
The client confirms that vehicles or surfaces provided are in suitable condition for branding. UPS Marketing is not liable for damages arising from existing paint defects, rust, resprays, weak clear coats, or prior vehicle repairs that may be affected during installation or removal.
Cancellations, Delays & Liability
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered. UPS Marketing shall not be held liable for delays caused by client actions, third-party suppliers, or factors beyond our control. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the services rendered.
